completely. Two Velcro side openings allow the brief to open fully flat, be positioned around the body, and fastened securely, without standing, stepping in, lifting legs, or significant hand dexterity. It can even be put on while lying down.

The one-piece flat-opening design makes it suitable for self-dressing and carer-assisted dressing alike. When fastened, it looks and feels like regular underwear - soft, comfortable, and completely discreet under clothing.
