Caring for your EaseWear
Our garments and footwear are chosen for their comfort and durability. Follow these simple care steps to ensure your items stay soft, supportive, and helpful for years to come.
-
30°C Gentle Cycle
Most garments, including our pants, should be turned inside out and washed on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees to preserve the fabric and fasteners.
-
Air Dry Best
Hang items up to drip dry naturally. For bamboo socks, a cool dryer setting can be used if necessary, but air drying is always best for longevity.
-
Avoid Bleach
Never use bleach or harsh chemicals. This is especially important for bamboo fibers, which are naturally odor-preventing and don't need strong cleaners.
Special Care
-
Leak-Proof Underwear
Our underwear can be machine or hand-washed. Make sure to rinse or remove any soil before placing them in the wash. Use a cool or room-temperature cycle with neutral detergent, and always air dry. Avoiding high heat protects the absorbent layers, ensuring your underwear remains comfortable and reliable for every single wear.
-
Rain Ponchos
To maintain the waterproof seal on your rain ponchos, we recommend a simple sponge-down for minor marks. If a deeper clean is needed, a gentle hand wash in cool water is best. Never use a machine wash or tumble dryer, as high heat and mechanical spinning can damage the specialized protective lining.
-
The "Velcro" Rule
To ensure your fasteners don't lose their stickiness, always press all adjustable straps and Velcro tabs firmly closed before washing. This protects the 'hooks' from becoming clogged or damaged, keeping the grip strong and reliable for the life of the garment. It also prevents the tabs from snagging on your other delicate laundry.
