Shipping policy
NEW ZEALAND - Flat Rate Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping nationwide, calculated automatically at checkout based on your parcel's weight and size:
- Under 1kg (small parcels): $9.99
- 1kg – 1.9kg (or larger/bulkier items): $13.99
- 2kg – 2.9kg: $22.99
Some lightweight items, such as long-handled tools, are sized for courier purposes based on their parcel dimensions rather than weight alone, so they may fall into a higher shipping band even if they don't feel heavy.
Most single items fall within these weight bands, so you'll see the exact shipping cost calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart, no surprises.
If your order weighs more than 2.9kg (for example, larger combined orders), please get in touch with us at easewear.nz@gmail.com and we'll confirm the shipping cost for you before you complete your purchase.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched daily, our courier collects parcels at 3pm each business day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. We'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's progress.
Please note:
- Some items may not be in local stock at the time of purchase and may require a longer shipping time. We do our best to keep everything on hand and will email you order status updates.

- EaseWear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages on non-signature orders.
