Hassle free returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in saleable condition within 30 days for a refund, minus the delivery charge.

Any item can be returned provided it is unworn and unwashed. Please return in its original packaging with the completed return slip included with your order. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.

To start a return, contact us at easewear.nz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Hygiene Items: No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and health reasons, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on underwear, incontinence products, and other intimate apparel. This applies regardless of whether the item has been worn or opened. We encourage customers to check our size guide carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, please contact us before placing your order.

Damages and issues

We hope your order arrives in perfect condition, but we know things can occasionally go wrong. On receipt of your order, if you notice any damage or receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately with your order number and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that product specifications are correct at the time of publishing. Manufacturers reserve the right to make improvements that may result in minor differences to the product shown.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
