We want you to be genuinely happy with what you've bought from us. If something isn't right, here's how we sort it out.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you've changed your mind about a purchase, you have 30 days from the date you received it to return the item for a refund or exchange, with proof of purchase. The item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please note, for hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on:
- Incontinence underwear and briefs
- Adaptive bras and other intimate apparel
- Any item that has been worn or used

This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, see below.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us straight away at easewear.nz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo where possible. We'll sort a replacement, exchange, or refund, this is covered regardless of the 30-day window, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Sizing help before you return

A lot of returns come down to sizing. Before you send anything back, feel free to email us with your measurements, we'd genuinely rather help you get the right size the first time than process a return. See our sizing guides on each product page, or get in touch directly.

How to start a return

Email easewear.nz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm whether it's eligible and give you the return address.

Change of mind: return shipping is at your cost.

Faulty or incorrect item: we cover the return shipping, just let us know and we'll sort it.

Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
