Start by thinking about when leaks happen and how much. Light leaks during activity or sneezing suit our 200ml products. Regular leaks throughout the day suit our 300–360ml range. For heavy urinary leakage, overnight use, or fecal incontinence, our 500ml maximum protection products with extended rear panels offer the most coverage. When in doubt, choose a higher absorbency, you can always wear lighter protection on good days.

Will washable incontinence underwear look like regular underwear?

Yes. Our range is specifically designed to look like normal cotton briefs and boxer shorts. There is no visible bulkiness, no plastic outer layer, and no rustling sound when you move. Most people around you will not be able to tell the difference.

How many times can these be washed before they lose effectiveness?
