FAQs

Will these fit severe swelling or bandaged feet?

Yes. Our footwear is specifically engineered with extra-depth volume and adjustable closures to accommodate significant swelling, edema, and bulky bandages. The "touch" closures allow you to adjust the girth throughout the day as your swelling fluctuates, ensuring you never have to force your foot into a shoe.

I have one foot more swollen than the other. What size do I buy?

We recommend choosing the size that fits your larger or more swollen foot. Because our straps are fully adjustable, you can tighten the shoe on the smaller foot for a secure fit while leaving the other side looser for the swollen foot. This solves the common problem of having to buy two different sizes.

Are these safe for diabetics with sensitive skin?

Absolutely. These shoes feature soft, breathable linings specifically designed to reduce friction and pressure points. We also recommend pairing them with our Diabetic Bamboo Socks for complete protection against blisters and moisture.

Can I wear these outdoors?

Yes. While they feel as soft as a slipper, they are built with durable, slip-resistant soles suitable for outdoor use. They are perfect for trips to the letterbox, the garden, or medical appointments, giving you stability without the weight of a heavy shoe.

Are they hard to put on for someone with limited grip?

Not at all. Most of our designs open up completely flat (like a book), allowing you to step in, or place a foot in, without any pushing or pulling. The large Velcro-style tabs are easy to grasp and fasten with one hand, making them ideal for those with arthritis or limited dexterity.
