A: Yes. Both the front and heel Velcro straps open wide, allowing you to place your foot directly onto the sole before fastening the shoe around it.
Q: Are they easy to put on if my feet are swollen?
A: Yes. Because the shoe opens widely, there is no need to slide or squeeze your foot through a narrow opening. Simply place your foot in and adjust the Velcro straps to a comfortable fit.

A: Measure from your heel to your longest toe and use centimetres as your main guide. Choose an insole approximately 0.5–1 cm longer than your foot. If you are between sizes or have swollen feet, allowing a little extra room is usually more comfortable.
