Arthur’s Accolade is designed for people who need more room than a standard slipper can provide. The wide adjustable Velcro flap lets you loosen or tighten the fit across the foot, making it easier to accommodate swelling, wider feet or light bandaging.
The front opens wide for easy on and off, simply open the Velcro flap, place your foot into the slipper and fasten it to a comfortable fit. There is less need to slide or squeeze your foot through a narrow opening.
With an approximately 10 cm wide fit and adjustable ball-of-foot girth, Arthur’s Accolade provides extra space without feeling bulky. The soft grid-pattern upper is comfortable for everyday wear, while the durable rubber outsole provides grip for indoor and light outdoor use.

A: Measure from your heel to your longest toe and use centimetres as your main guide. Choose an insole approximately 0.5–1 cm longer than your foot. If you are between sizes or have swollen feet, going up to the next size is usually more comfortable.

After much searching we've found the Arthur's Accolade slippers to be the perfect solution for my mothers swollen feet. They're not heavy and they're easy to get on. And, they can be washed and dried overnight - ideal! I would highly recommend.
