A: Yes. Both the front and heel Velcro straps open wide, allowing you to place your foot directly onto the sole before fastening the slipper around it.

A: Measure from your heel to your longest toe and use centimetres as your main guide. Choose an insole approximately 0.5–1 cm longer than your foot. If you are between sizes or have swelling, allowing a little extra room is usually more comfortable.
