Make dressing easier without pulling a top overhead or forcing arms through sleeves. This adaptive long sleeve top opens fully along the shoulders, sleeves and sides, allowing it to open out almost completely flat.
For someone with very limited mobility, the Velcro style can be laid around the body and fastened in place with minimal lifting or repositioning, making it particularly helpful for carer-assisted dressing while seated or lying down.
Choose from two opening styles:
- Velcro Opening: opens almost completely flat, easy to position around the wearer and simple to fasten section by section;
- Zip Opening: features a durable two-way zip with dual zipper pulls, allowing the opening to be adjusted from either direction for easier dressing and access.
Once fastened, it looks much like a regular long sleeve top. The relaxed fit also provides extra room around casts, dressings, braces or swollen limbs.

- People with very limited upper-body mobility;
- Carer-assisted dressing at home or in residential care;
- Dressing while seated, in a wheelchair or lying down;
- Recovery after shoulder, arm or upper-body surgery;
- Casts, bandages and post-operative dressings;

How the opening works:
- Opens along the shoulders and full length of both sleeves;
- Side openings allow the garment to open out wide rather than being pulled over the body
- Position the garment around the wearer, then fasten the Velcro or zip;
- Helps reduce overhead reaching, arm bending and unnecessary repositioning.
