Jiong was helpful in figuring out the fit of the shoe with me before ordering. I was able to order the correct size for my particular condition. However, the design of the shoe was not ideal for me, my very swollen toes/feet get scrunched in the end of the shoe, even though the rest of the shoe allows for my swollen foot well enough. So the shoes are not really suitable for me, need something with more toe room.
Hi Tim, thank you for the honest feedback. I'm sorry the toe box didn't leave enough room for your feet though; an open-toe style is usually a better shape, since there's nothing to scrunch against. Finding these for our elderly Mum who battles with odema, and ulcers on her lower leg has been a game changer as she has 1 swollen foot with lots of bandages and 1 normal slender foot.
